Cabbage, long beans, brinjal, chilies, carrot, curry spices and deep fried tofu (tao pok) simmered in rich coconut milk.

Boned chicken cooked with lemongrass, fresh grounded chilies and herbs simmered in rich aromatic coconut milk.

Sliced squid saute stir-fried in sambal and spices for a thick spicy gravy.
